A stable inorganicâ organic hybrid multilayer film with homogeneous and dense inorganic nanoparticle deposition was constructed by coating ZrO2 nanoparticles with poly(4-sodium styrenesulfonate) (PSS) and irradiating multilayer film assembled from PSS-coated ZrO2 nanoparticles and a diazo-resin (DR).
