dc.description This chapter deals with some issues not covered by the remaining chapters in the book. These issues include the classification and regulation of pesticides and exposure (including exposure to mixtures of pesticides). Newer developments such as developmental neurotoxicity and probabilistic risk assessment are also examined. The complicated and confusing issue of nomenclature of pesticides is discussed as well as issues such as purity.
