After an introduction on the meaning of gravitomagnetism and dragging of inertial frames, and a characterization of gravitomagnetism with curvature invariants, we present an updated review of the LAGEOS III experiment to measure the gravitomagnetic field with two non-polar, passive, laser ranged satellites with supplementary inclinations.
