We discuss the asymptotic structure of the ultrarelativistic Schwarzschild black hole. Although the geometry does not appear asymptotically flat at first sight, taking its (proper) distributional nature into account shows that it is nevertheless possible to explicitly construct a conformal boundary. Making use of this structure, we show that the associated ADM and Bondi momenta are null.
