dc.description It is shown that the problem of nonobservation of quadrupole anisotropy of cosmic background radiation can be solved by means of choosing some relevant initial conditions on the quantized scalar field in the framework of inflation. Moreover, the extremely small value of the inflaton potential constant may also be increased in this way.
