Angular analysis of the products of the He<sup>+</sup>+Na collision in the 100-1500 eV energy range

The time of flight technique has been used to determine the angular distributions of He* 2<sup>3</sup>S, 2<sup>1</sup>S and 2<sup>3</sup>P obtained by quasi-resonant charge exchange in He<sup>+</sup>+Na collisions. Information on the He* (n>or=3) and the target excitation channels is also reported. The calculated 2<sup>3</sup>S angular differential cross section, performed in a minimal two-state basis, is found to agree with the present experimental data.
