Angular distribution and polarization of bremsstrahlung radiation formed by intermediate energy particle-atom scattering

It is the first time that beyond the Born approximation general expressions are obtained describing the angular distribution and polarization of the dipole bremsstrahlung radiation formed during intermediate energy particle-atom scattering with the 'atomic' bremsstrahlung mechanism taken into account. The procedure is presented for the calculation of the infinite sums of the partial cross sections corresponding to different partial waves of the projectile.
