Cross sections for electron capture and loss by Li<sup>+</sup>, Li<sup>2+</sup> and Li<sup>3+</sup> ions in H and H<sub>2</sub> have been obtained in the energy range of 65-1500 keV from measurements using a tungsten-tube furnace to provide a target of highly dissociated hydrogen.
