| dc.description | A simple and accurate method of calculating resonance line shapes in photoionisation is described. The procedure involves calculating directly the complex photoionisation amplitudes at only three energies and then using the information in these amplitudes to determine the entire line profile. The method is demonstrated in a calculation for neon. |
