| dc.description | A reference interferometer based on an earlier design has been developed, in which a reference wedge is rotated by a direct-drive position servo-system. The reference interferometer is used to set the spacing of Fabry-Perot interferometer plates in a narrow bandwidth optical filter. The instrument is designed to contain a nitrogen atmosphere and to operate under adverse conditions. |
