| dc.description | A microcomputer-controlled optical viscometer for the measurement of the viscosity of liquids under pressure is reported The viscometer is of the falling-cylinder type with a measurement range greater than six decades making it well suited for viscosity measurements of liquids with very large viscosity pressure coefficients. Results are presented for a range of alkanes and polypropylene glycol derivatives. |
