A schematic diagram of a C-V meter for semiconductor detectors of nuclear radiation is proposed. The comparatively simple network ensures high accuracy at a low measuring signal level, good temperature stability, a wide range of measured capacity and stray capacity compensation. High voltage can be applied to the detector and its reverse current can be quite high.
