| dc.description | Two designs of special sources for mixing polymer and metal in the vapour phase are described. The first source was constructed from pyrophillite and fitted with a molybdenum wire heater shielded from the surroundings with mica. The second source was built from stainless steel fitted with a heater and shielded with mica layers and an aluminium sheet. |
