| dc.description | The use of a silicone fluid-water manometer system for large signal amplifications of small pressure differentials in water is described. The success of the two-liquid manometer system is made possible by heat treating the manometer glass tubes with silicone fluid. A simple procedure for silicone impregnation is outlined. |
