Teachers are eager to improve their knowledge of electronics and welcome the possibility of receiving some assistance from an experienced electronics engineer. This article describes the National Electronics Council's Link Scheme for Schools and the Electronic Industry which as its main activity endeavours to initiate such a contact. It should not be confused with the 'link courses' which are operated by colleges of further education in some areas.
