Reports the results of a quantitative comparison of Por-A-Mold with water and a tissue-equivalent liquid having a specific gravity of 1.10 using the fast neutron beam produced by the MRC cyclotron at Hammersmith Hospital. The results showed that Por-A-Mold attenuated the neutron beam more than water but less than tissue-equivalent liquid. |
