| dc.description | A simple photoconductive crystal dosemeter for X- and gamma-rays is described. The induced current is linear with dose rate over the range 0·3 to 150 r/min, and with a crystal cover of 0·8 mm gold the response is sufficiently independent of radiation quality for use in <sup>60</sup>Co therapy. |
