| dc.description | A theory is given for the spectra and correlation functions for ion sound turbulence. It is shown that the correlation time can be short enough to affect appreciably the non-linear interactions. The actual value of the anomalous resistivity for plasma in an external electric field is calculated. The ion sound spectra resulting from the non-linear conversion is discussed. |
