The cross section for an electron to emit two photons while being accelerated by a hydrogen nucleus is derived using Born approximation. The result suggests that such multiple photon emission processes are insignificant compared to the usual bremsstrahlung radiation process in laboratory and thermonuclear hydrogen plasmas.
