dc.description The evolution of one- and two-particle dynamical functions in a turbulent plasma is studied by means of a propagator formalism. The relevant average propagators are derived, both for forward and for backward motion, in the 'weak-coupling RQL approximation', i.e. the simplest non-trivial approximation taking turbulent effects into account. Explicit results are given for various averages and correlation functions of interest, particularly for the theory of 'clumps'.
