The experimentally determined power spectra of density fluctuations in a particular low- beta , low-current experiment are correlated with the observed particle transport using a two-fluid model. Whereas the electron diffusion is unaffected by fluctuations, the ion diffusion is a few times classical and is consistent with the experiment. |
