| dc.description | A recent paper by Ovadyahu (see ibid., vol.8, p.403 (1978)) purports to have demonstrated the existence of a double-hexagonal close-packed phase of lead. The authors suggest that this interpretation is not correct on the basis of the evidence presented, and that the structure observed is consistent with orthorhombic PbO. |
