The gamma rays and conversion electrons following the gamma decay of <sup>141</sup>Ba obtained by mass separation of <sup>235</sup>U fission products have been measured. The main features of the <sup>141</sup>La level scheme were established on the basis of gamma-ray energies and intensities, internal conversion electron measurements and quantitative and qualitative gamma - gamma coincidences. A total of 144 gamma rays have been identified as belonging to the <sup>141</sup>Ba decay. Conversion coefficients were determined.
