The extraction of neutrino oscillation parameters from the ratio of rates ( nu <sub>e</sub>d to e<sup>+</sup>nn)/( nu d to nu pn) is considered in the context of oscillations proposed to account for previous reactor data. The possibility that only nu <sub>e</sub>, nu <sub>mu </sub> oscillations occur is shown to be barely compatible with present limits on nu <sub>mu </sub> to nu <sub>e</sub> transitions. Predictions for nu <sub>e</sub>, nu <sub>mu </sub> to nu <sub>tau </sub> oscillations are made for future accelerator experiments.
