A partial (v' + v" ≤ 6) array of Franck-Condon factors q_v',v" for the B ²Σ -> X ²Σ system of the calcium hydride molecule, which is of astrophysical importance, has been calculated by the method outlined by Fraser and Jarmain in 1953. The r centroids which are calculated by the 1956 method of Nicholls and Jarmain are found to decrease smoothly with increase in corresponding wavelength λ_v',v" and Δr ≡ r_v'+1,v"+1 - r_v',v" in a sequence remains constant.
