With the instrument described, the dew point of gas flowing in a tube is obtained by observing the temperature at which condensation is formed on a mirror surface that is heated and cooled electrically. Dew points 20 degc below the gas temperature and in the range 50 to -5° C have been measured in gas flows of 40 1. min<sup>-1</sup>. |
