A BiPbSrCaCuO superconductor of the 108 K single phase was prepared by co-decomposition of metal nitrates and a solid reaction method. EPR signals of the sample at lower field in the vicinity of the superconducting transition were investigated by the observation of electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR). It is found that an EPR signal near zero field appears, obviously accompanying the superconducting transition. A critical field Hc relative to temperature can be obtained from EPR spectra of the sample. There are two different behaviours in the EPR spectra of the sample below 104 K and above 104 K which may be caused by two different superconducting phases. Those phenomena are discussed here.
