Measurements of thermoelectric power and electrical resistivity of granular Bi<sub>1.5</sub>Pb<sub>0.5</sub>Sr<sub>2</sub>Ca<sub>2</sub>Cu<sub>3</sub>O<sub>y</sub> are reported. Rounding of thermoelectric power near and above the critical temperature is analysed in terms of thermodynamic fluctuations of the superconducting order parameter.
