The double-step behavior of critical current vs magnetic field in HTSC-ceramics of various compositions is assumed to be the consequence of the similar behavior of the critical current for the single intergrain Josephson weak links with the significant structure fluctuations. Parameters of the critical current spatial modulation in these junctions are determined.
