Thick films of YBa<sub>2</sub>Cu<sub>3</sub>O<sub>7- delta </sub> prepared on Y<sub>2</sub>BaCuO<sub>5</sub> substrates

Аннотация:
The technology for preparing thick films of YBa<sub>2</sub>Cu<sub>3</sub>O<sub>7- delta </sub> with a thickness of about 50 mu m, by covering cylindrical and plate-like substrates of Y<sub>2</sub>BaCuO<sub>5</sub> with a mixture of 3BaCuO<sub>2</sub>+2CuO, is presented. The films have orthorhombic phase, T<sub>c</sub>=92 K<sub>1</sub> Delta T=1 K and they show a good Meissner effect.
