Exponential relaxation in TbFeO<sub>3</sub>: a quantum surface nucleation problem

In this paper we present a plausible explanation for the exponential relaxation in TbFeO<sub>3</sub> single crystals observed below 3 K. Our interpretation is based on the formation and consequent propagation of the nucleated domain wall at the (010) face. The analytical calculations along the lines of current theories of macroscopic tunnelling of magnetization are in agreement with experimental results.
