| dc.description | E.P.R. studies of the (S = 3/2) and (S = 5/2) ions in the high- (II) and low- (III) temperature phases of are reported. The structural phase transition close to has been demonstrated, using the temperature dependence of the spin-Hamiltonian parameters. The main mechanism of the phase transition is driven by the rotation of the octahedra around the c-axis. |
