Low-temperature kinetic properties of the amorphous alloy (0.2 < x < 0.8)

Three electronic kinetic properties in dependence on temperature and alloy component concentration of amorphous alloy are calculated in the framework of the dynamic concentration excitation (DCE) model. It is shown that the electrical resistivity, thermopower and heat conductivity exhibit specific glassy anomalies susceptible to the change of alloy component concentration. This is corroborated by the experimental data.
