The change in viscosity of a liquid with different concentrations (volume fractions) of suspended particles has been measured using a differential viscometer. The results support the recently introduced concept of gelation, in that the viscosity first diverges when the concentration of suspended particles reaches a critical value, and `gelation' comes after that.
