| dc.description | A two-Higgs-doublet model including a tree-level suppression mechanism for flavour-changing neutral interactions is analysed. In this framework, explicit CP violation is considered. One finds the model capable of saturating the neutron EDM experimental bound while simultaneously preserving the correct low-energy predictions of the standard model. A compatibility check with the observed CP violation phenomena in kaon physics is also presented. |
