Solutions of the equation for a scalar particle with polarizabilities (for pions and kaons, for example) are obtained in an external static electric field parallel to the magnetic field, the Redmond configuration fields and also for a uniform static electric field parallel to the direction of propagation of the electromagnetic wave. The problem of the construction of coherent states of non-relativistic and relativistic particles in a uniform static magnetic field has been considered.
