A new method based on holographic interferometry in real time with reference fringes for the determination of gas parameters in cylindrical tubes is presented. By studying the interferograms one gets a graphical recording of the radial distribution of the refraction index of the gas in any region of the tube at a given time, as well as its axial distribution. |
