We report the numerical results of a rearrangement charge transfer process calculated by direct application of relativistic Quantum Electro-dynamics in the Lorentz gauge. Results for single electron capture by fully stripped Li ions from neutral (1S) Hydrogen show very good agreement with experiments and with Coulomb Born methods for energies above 300 keV.
