In this paper, the authors considered the equation: The proof for which relied on the existence of a Lyapunov functional w in self-similar variables y and s. There was a mistake in the equation satisfied by w (y, s): which caused the results of the paper to be incorrect. The paper has therefore been retracted by the authors.
