| dc.description | This paper examines the managerial systems and organizational climate of alternative and traditional public high schools. Three of the four administrative variables used in this comparison show a distinct difference between the two types of schools and suggest that alternative schools possess the organizational ability to create a viable managerial model that deserves serious consideration and further research. |
