Roald F. Campbell is the former Dean of the Graduate School of Edu cation at the University of Chicago and, more recently, Fawcett Pro fessor of Educational Administration at the Ohio State University. Now Professor Emeritus at Ohio State, he lives in Salt Lake City and main tains an active affiliation with the Graduate School of Education at the University of Utah.
