| dc.description | The literature contains only one report of methylene chloride poisoning after ingestion.<sup>1</sup> Unfortunately carboxyhaemoglobin (COHb) levels were not obtained in this case. We now describe a fatal case where a similar amount of the solvent was ingested and after which toxicology screening was done. |
