dc.description It has been nearly a decade since the publication of Managerial Attitudes and Performance by Porter and Lawler. While numerous studies have tested portions of the Porter and Lawler framework, not one investigation has systematically examined the entire model. The present research, employing a comprehensive approach to model validation, presents data which are supportive.
