Describes the background of scientific and technological development in Nigeria and discusses the demand for scientific materials, the development and present situation of scientific and technological libraries and the supply of scientific materials in the country, including problems of acquisition and bibliographical control, staffing and finance. Proposes measures to alleviate these problems. |
