The 6th Annual Conference of the Marine Technology Society will be held at the Sheraton Park Hotel in Washington, D.C., June 29–July 1, 1970. Subjects include: facilities and equipment, research and education, exploration and ocean operations, resource utilization and economics, and resource management and law. These areas should be considered in their broadest sense to include any subject that could contribute to more effective utilization of the ocean and its resources. Abstracts should not exceed 500 words and must be received by October 1, 1969. Final papers, prepared in accordance with specifications that will be provided, must be submitted to the Papers Chairman by April 30, 1970. |
