The Silver Jubilee (25th Meeting) of the Commission for Hydrology (CHy), World Meteorolugical Organization (WMO), was held July 11—12, 1986, at the Research Center for Water Resources (VITUKI), Budapest, Hungary. Around 125 invited scientists attended the scientific celebration.
