The 1990 Ocean Sciences Meeting, sponsored jointly by the American Geophysical Union and the American Society of Limnology and Oceanography, was held February 12–16 in New Orleans, La. There were more presentations and higher attendance than at any previous AGU‐ASLO ocean sciences meeting.
