| dc.description | A numerical solution to the convective diffusion equation is discussed. The case examined treats a conservative waste or pollutant, although the system is flexible enough to accommodate nonconservative substances. The numerical approximation appears stable and can be extended to include analysis of an n‐dimensional array. |
