A device for continuous and accurate measurement of very small quantities and slow rates of water flow is described. Drops of uniform size are formed and counted instantaneously by digital counters as they fall between pairs of electrodes. The counts and time are recorded by automatically photographing the counters and a clock at suitable time intervals. |
