1979–80 Congressional Science Fellow

Abstract

Robert J. Barbera has been selected as the 1979–80 AGU Congressional Science Fellow. He will serve 1 year on the staff of Senator Tsongas (D., Mass.) where he will be primarily involved in energy matters.Barbera has been at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he was a research engineer in the Energy Laboratory and a lecturer at the Parsons Laboratory of the Department of Civil Engineering.
